The reproducibility of image data in light microscopy is of significant importance in scientific experiments. To address the need for quality assessment of the reproducibility of such data, a passionate group of scientists and engineers got together in April 2020 to form QUAREP-LiMi, which has become recognized worldwide for achievements in developing a variety of protocols for measurements in light microscopy.
