The reproducibility of image data in light microscopy is of significant importance in scientific experiments. To address the need for quality assessment of the reproducibility of such data, a passionate group of scientists and engineers got together in April 2020 to form QUAREP-LiMi, which has become recognized worldwide for achievements in developing a variety of protocols for measurements in light microscopy. V-BMB is proud to contribute towards QUAREP-LiMi’s endeavor! On April 3rd, 2024, V-BMB optical consultant Ronian Siew was invited to present on techniques utilized at the V-BMB optical lab for performing irradiance and uniformity measurements in microscope systems that use V-BMB’s innovative Villuminator™ illumination modules.
